How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 00:00 CET are processed Monday to Friday within 1–2 business days. After processing, shipping takes 3–7 business days; the total delivery time is therefore approximately 4–9 business days. All orders within Switzerland are shipped free of charge.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that allows you to track your package until delivery.
What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@luminas.ch with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue. We will promptly send you a replacement or refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping costs.
How does the return policy work?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, and the return policies are followed.
